How soon will my order ship?
Most orders we receive by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day. We understand that once you've made the decision to purchase, you would like to receive your product as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that all orders will actually ship the same day, but we do our absolute best at processing orders as quickly as possible.
What delivery company do you use?
For new units and supplies, we use UPS ground service. For the certified pre-owned units, we use FedEx ground.
Will I receive email notification when my unit ships?
Yes you will. Every night, the tracking numbers are posted to our internal systems and emails are sent to the email that was provided when you ordered your unit.
Is it possible to get expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping because of the increased costs at shipping.
Where does my unit get shipped from?
For the new robotic pool cleaners and supplies, we have warehouses throughout the country so most orders will delivered within 2 days of shipping. In the case of the certified pre-owned units, these units get shipped directly from the manufacturer in Georgia.
Does my order come with free shipping?
All of the robotic pool cleaners come with free shipping. The price you see on our web site is the total price you will pay.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we gladly accept purchase orders. We have processed and delivered many units for multi-site organizations too. For a quote, please contact us and we can prepare a format quote for you and provide assistance with your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States.
