My unit is not working and I think I need service. What should I do?
If you believe the unit is under warranty, please contact Pool Partz so that you can provide the details of the issue that you are having. Pool Partz will then assess the issue and submit a warranty request to the manufacturer. When you provide the details of the issue, you will also need to provide us with the 10 character serial number of the unit.
Where do I find the 10 character serial number of the unit?
The serial number of the robotic pool cleaner can be found on the inside of the unit near the filter bag/cartridges. Even if the issue is with the power supply, we need the 10 character serial number of the pool cleaner, not the power supply. Warranty requests cannot be honored unless the serial number is provided.
Do you repair units?
No, we do not repair the pool cleaners.
My warranty has expired. What should I do?
