What comes with the unit? 
This brand new unit comes complete with the robotic cleaner, the power supply, filters, and all supporting documentation.  You don't need to purchase anything else to use the unit when you receive it.

Does it come with a warranty?
Absolutely!  All of the brand new units come with the manufacturer's warranty.  There's a common misperception that Dolphins purchased online don't come with a warranty.  There are only certain models that cannot be sold online; all of the units that are sold on our website come with the factory warranty.

What about shipping?
Most purchases made before 12:00 EST are shipped the same day.  They are shipped either FedEx or UPS ground from the closest warehouse in the United States.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we gladly accept purchase orders.  We have processed and delivered many units for multi-site organizations too.  For a quote, please contact us and we can prepare a format quote for you and provide assistance with your purchase.
