Terms & Conditions
All of the residential (and small commercial) certified refurbished Dolphin pool cleaners are shipped from Georgia and are shipped via FedEx ground. The larger commercial models are shipped via freight line due to size and/or weight.
All other products (including accessories purchased for the pool cleaner) are shipped from various warehouses located within the United States. Please keep in mind that if you ordered a Dolphin pool cleaner and some accessories, they will ship separately so one product may arrive before the other. Tracking numbers will always be provided on all shipments.
Most of our products ship out within 24 hours. Once the order is processed and your product is picked up by the shipping company, the tracking number is delivered to your email address on the order or can be accessed from the order status page where the latest status is always available. Please be sure to check your spam folder for order confirmation and order shipment emails in the event that you did not receive them.
Other Shipping Notes:
- We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or Military (APO, FPO) Addresses.
- We do not ship outside the 48 Continental US States.
- We do not offer expedited (i.e. overnight) delivery services due to cost.
- All orders over $300 will require signature upon delivery. This is a requirement of the manufacturer and cannot be changed.
- New Jersey sales tax will be collected on all products shipped to a New Jersey address.
The map below is a general estimate of when you will receive your product after it has shipped. Please note that these estimated FedEx ground transit times are business days that do not include weekends or holidays:
For all other products and with warehouses throughout the country, you can expect to receive your product within 2-3 days.
Our return policy allows you to return most products within 30 days of purchase.
- The item you wish to return must be unopened, clean and in resalable condition.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- The restocking fee can be waived if you make a purchase of similar value.
- The address to ship the product(s) to will be provided after the RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) is approved.
- Return Policy does not apply to warranties. All warranties are held with the manufacturers of the product.
When RMA is submitted and approved:
- We will provide RMA number to be included on return documentation.
- We will provide specific warehouse address to ship to via email confirmation of RMA.
- Item must be clean and in resalable condition.
- Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping label.
- We highly suggest emailing us with the tracking number so that we can monitor return of product.
Upon receipt of returned product:
- Return Department will inspect condition of product.
- If approved, Return Department will issue credit. If not approved, product will be shipped back to you.
- Please allow 2-7 business days for credit to show up on your credit card account.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Warranties - all warranties are held with the manufacturers of the product. Pool Partz does not warranty any products on this website. We will however direct you to the correct contact in case a warranty situation does arrive. Please contact us regarding warranty questions.
- Photo Images - please note, some pictures on our site may be generic photos of that item. We do not accept returns under our return policy for items that are slightly different than pictured.
- Shipping Issues - if the item is delivered damaged and arrives not working, please fill out RMA form so that we can arrange for replacement of product without any extra charge to you.
